How To Use Your E-tox Extract

1ST TIME USERS
E-tox Extract works best at night whilst the body is resting. The pads may be used during the day whilst you are active but you may find it helpful to use Medical Tape to secure the pads more firmly. Some people wear socks to give additional support whilst the pads are on the feet.

E-TOX Extract 3 different positions FIRST TIME USERS – To ascertain which particular areas of the foot are in most need, we recommend the following:

Night 1 – Apply to the ball of both feet (position 1)
Night 2 – Apply to the instep of both feet (position 2)
Night 3 – Apply to the heel of both feet (position 3)

From the fourth night onwards, apply the pads to the particular area of each foot that had the dirtiest pads on as this is the area where the greatest amount of toxins had been drawn out from on the previous night.

After several nights, you will notice that a reduced amount of waste is removed each night. You can stop using E-tox Extract once the pad remains clean and dry throughout the night.
This initial detox period varies from person to person and depends on your general wellbeing when you first started using the pads. Under normal circumstances, this will take between 1 and 4 weeks.

MAINTENANCE
Your body continues to be attacked by toxins on a daily basis. We recommend that you continue to use E-tox Extract on 3 to 4 nights each month or whenever you feel your body needs a refreshing lift.
When attaching to areas other than your feet, remember to attach additional E-tox Extract to the sole of each foot.

USE ON DIFFERENT AREAS
E-tox Extract pads can be used to relieve bruising and sprains on many other areas of the body, including relief from period pains.
Use on Foot, ankle, leg, knee, stomach, shoulder, back, arm, wrist, neck

HOW TO USE ADHESIVES
1.Remove backing from centre of adhesive sheet.
2.Place the E-tox Extract pad on the centre of the adhesive sheet.
3. Attach to sole of foot (or other area) and leave overnight for 6 – 8 hours.
4. Remove E-tox Extract pad and see the difference.

CAUTION
• Do not eat the contents.
• Store in a dry area and out of reach of children.
• Do not attach to any body opening, open wound or sore.
• Stop using if you experience any rash or skin damage.
• The pad contents are hygroscopic and absorb moisture from the atmosphere.
• Keep unused pads inside their sealed bags.
• Do not use a pad that has previously been wet.

PLEASE NOTE
We recommend that pregnant women do not use the pads during the first six months of pregnancy. Otherwise, young and old alike can safely use them.
